We had a complete kitchen appliances upgrade! Aaron wasn’t the cheapest but he arrived as promised and his knowledge of appliance removal and installation is second to none! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are subject to a “trip charge”. Price depends on mileage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll try and get as much information about the job as i can over the phone. But, if a walk through would be more beneficial to understand the full scope of the project, that’s what I typically do. We will then discuss what needs to be done and pricing before any work takes place. Then I’ll create a formal estimate that’ll need customer approval. Once approved we’ll schedule a time and day for the install.

I am a registered contractor, which required me have a certain amount of work hours as well as pass an exam
