Our diagnostic fee is per appliance looked at. Normal business hours are 9-5 M-F. Military, First Responder, Senior, Healthcare, and Educator discounts. Mention when hiring. By booking with us you agree to a cancellation fee of $45. This cancellation fee applies to all booked service calls. This is to recoup the fee that we are charged by Thumbtack when you book with us. This fee is non-negotiable and due the day that you cancel the appointment.

Justin installed our new garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. He was prompt in his communication and when scheduling the appointment and answered our questions prior to booking. Price was fair and he did quality work. Would definitely reach out again in the future.

Alamo was one of three companies I contacted about the garbage disposal installation. Justin was very responsive and also took time on our initial phone call to ask questions and provide suggestions and pricing. While it is too early to discuss the work quality since he just installed it, I will reach out to this company again for future appliance repairs.

Justin was great. He fixed two microwaves and the ref and the garbage deposal in30 minutes. He has a vast knowledge of appliances. I would recommend him for any appliance repair.

Very professional and very knowledgeable. My installation involved re-using and re-wiring the cord from my old disposer. However, he had scheduled himself very tightly, which meant if everything did not go exactly as expected, he needed to reschedule and charge a trip charge. At the end of the day, he charged me $195.00. More than the $120 he quoted on Thumbtack but less than the $350.00 proposal I got from Home Depot's recommended contractor. Part of the delay was due to Home Depot personnel not knowing what they were selling.

Thank you for your review, unfortunately you opted to provide the disposal and did not have all the required pieces as home depot misled you. This is why advise allowing us to provide parts as it goes much smoother. We did have to charge you an additional trip charge, which I discounted 50% because I felt bad home depot misled you. Also I did not charge you for the wiring I had to do. If you look at thumbtack pricing for a disposal install it shows an estimate of $120 not including “plumbing, unit, or wiring” if I would of charged you full price it would of been 340 dollars for a full additional trip charge and wiring. And it is not that I was overbooked, it’s that my pricing reflects a certain amount of time I alott myself to do your repair including travel time and that’s how I am able to keep my prices much lower than competitors. I did not have time to wait for you to go to home depot and hopefully get the right items, I offered to provide everything at no additional charge but your husband insisted on y’all providing the disposal. I have learned from this experience, thank you.

Justin is friendly, very knowledgeable, and notified me when we was leaving and how long it would take to get to my home. I was able to get a same-day appointment to look at my LG dryer. He immediately assessed and knew what the issue was and ordered the parts while telling me when he’d receive them from Houston (by 12 the next day). He came out the next afternoon as promised and in less than 30 minutes the dryer was working perfectly! He even vacuumed out the lint from the interior of the dryer. If I could give him 6 stars - I most certainly would! If I require any other appliance repairs in the future - he’s the one I’ll call!

we offer discounts for military, first responder, Healthcare, teachers, and our senior citizens. we appreciate all of you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would need to come out and diagnose the issue that you’re having, we would then give you a quote for parts and labor, if you accept our quote we waive the diagnostic charge. If for any reason you decide to not go with repairs we charge a service fee “diagnostic trip fee”. We offer a 30 day parts and labor warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on the job training as well as attending multiple manufacture training conventions.
