- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Williams Pro-Clean was born because of too many experiences with companies providing poor quality work and even poorer customer service. We do a better job and treat our clients like they are supposed to be treated... Like people paying us their hard earned money in exchange for our services. We work for you!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are definitely residential carpet, tile and grout, and tiled showers.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We cleaned a clients tile and grout after another company "cleaned" it. The first company only really cleaned to low traffic, low soiled areas. They wanted more money to "try" to get the higher traffic areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms clean. We came in and cleaned everything, surpassing the customers expectations and making them so happy. Our cleaning charges were even less than the first companies. Williams Pro-Clean doesn't hide behind anything. There are no gimmicks here. Everything is transparent and upfront regarding our services.
