- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set price sheet we work with but we always work with our customers. If it fits in reasonably we do our best to accomplish your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work very closely with our customer to ensure they get the best quality service in the industry. We can customize pretty much any cleaning package to fit the needs of our clients as we understand that, not all customer are looking for the exact same service package. In addition to that, unless we are offering another discounted package, each customer receives a 10% discount just for signing up with us on any long term cleaning agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our family has been working in this industry for just about a decade now. We have alway seen as much potential in both the business end of our job as well as in the relationships we build with our customers. It may be a bit cliché but, it really rings true to us when we say that "we do our best to project the love for what we do, from our family to yours". When the customer is happy, we are happy. It's that simple.
