These are wonderful people who do great things with a "We're here for you" attitude. My home is located in a neighborhood where people do all sorts of landscaping and lighting to make their homes stand out, so it's a real compliment when so many stop to tell me how beautiful my yard is and ask me who did it. Katie, who does the computerized designs, is patience personified combined with the talent of an artist's eye and a happy, caring, supportive attitude that reassures and makes the process fun (well, for the customer anyway). Chris brings their son and a team and knocks the work out carefully and quickly. They come when they say, work hard, and promptly communicate any delays or concerns (like the boulders underground in my yard that required moving a tree)! Then they follow up after the job is done. The name of their company really says it better than anything. I asked Katie about it once - how they came up with it - and she said they knew they wanted to help people enjoy their homes and that they needed a focus for that mission, so they live by the Bible verse that says (and I'm paraphrasing here) "if your calling is to serve people, then serve them well". That pretty much says it all. Oh, and one more thing that was really important to me...my yard is special and unique now, yes, but it still feels like my yard, not a design school project. Katie managed to blend a professional yet personal look with budget and environmental concerns. I am SO pleased, and glad to know who to call when I want to do more.
