- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is not complicated. We charge per service. We offer a number of different services, allowing us to tailor to the needs to our clients, and their fur babies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not have a different process from a new customer to an current customer. We continue to make sure they have happy with our service, and make sure that even though they are away that they are still very much apart of their furbabies life, with pictures, videos, and text messages or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have my Pet Sitter Certification.
