Mitch provided excellent service to a roofinspection and came the next day after request. His professionalism and customer service is unmatched. He reassured nothing was wrong with roof, only minor hail damage that does not require fixing. Overall, an awesome individual who cares about service and people. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With the use of Xactimate we provide competitive estimates. Xactimate software is an industry standard in pricing material and labor for residential repair projects. Insurance carriers and contractors that use this software calculate the similar estimates on a similar scope of work. Xactimate updates every month by zip code to ensure competitive pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a free inspection to assess damage to the roof. Then the customer decides how they with pay. Cash or file an insurance claim. Most customers file an insurance claim and we guide them through the process. Explaining in detail items covered by their insurance policy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Xactimate, Owens Corning installation and Haag Certified.
