I offer upfront, flat-rate pricing — no surprises. I also offer discounts for first-time customers and offer specials from time to time. My work is premium quality, and I stand behind every repair or install with honest communication and dependable results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen — I want to understand your concerns and goals. Then I do a full diagnostic or evaluation, give you options with transparent pricing, and explain everything clearly. From there, I handle the work personally and stand behind it fully.
