- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide ourselves on being honest, fair, and transparent about pricing. Everyone has different budgets and goals - so we aim to find a solution that can work for you! As a veteran owned business, we do offer a discount to active and prior service military customers - and we extend that to first responders as well. We will occasionally have discounts periodically throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with the client having a window treatment need. Once that need is identified, we will call to do a pre-consultation call, this is primarily aimed at making sure we are best prepared for the home consultation. We bring the showroom and samples to you, so you can see it in the actual space - this ensures we meet your needs and vision. We do our best to quote the project at the end of the in home consultation. A few weeks later we will be back with certified and expert installers to make your dream a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several training and installation certifications - and lots of experience. But none of them compare to the experience of being in the home and helping you select and install the window treatments that meet your need and within your budget.
