Austin showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually fixed my hot water heater when I had asked him to help me with removing a breaker I was trying to remove. He said it was good and asked to look at my hot water heater. So we went outside to check it out and when he removed the door it was on fire!. I feel blessed he was there to help me. He not only stayed and helped me but he stayed until he repaired it. We were very thankful since we had been without hot water for 2 days. And the next day he called to check and see if everything was still OK. 10 stars for Austin. I finally found an honest and good repair man. He's a keeper!

We hired Austin to get a lot of things done in our house such as fixing vanity, stacking laundry units, moving heavy furniture, fixing cabinets in garage, placing baseboards, and some flooring work. He did everything with ease and knew exactly what he was doing. He was charged us reasonably and was punctual. We definitely look forward to working with him again.

I hired Mr. Hughes to cut down 2 trees for me. He cut them down in 1 day. One tree was about 60 ft high or more and the other was about 40 ft high. He did all the work mostly by himself. I helped very little. Then he cut and split the logs into firewood. Another time he fixed my air conditioner compressor. He new exactly what was wrong with the unit and it was something he could fix.

Getting to know the customers wants and needs and making sure we can fulfill those needs. Making sure we are the right match for the customer and if not politely letting them know and recommending other companies when need be.

I have 7 years in maintenance, handyman, remodeling, tree service, and moving and thats just working for company’s not what I have done outside of those companies until eventually starting my own.
