- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are committed to quoting repairs quickly, within 48 hours. Just contact Lift It and we will schedule a time to go to the property, take measurements, and provide a quote. If you already have an engineer's report, we may be able to quote directly from that. Once you accept our proposal, we will schedule a crew to make your repairs. Once complete and payment is received, we will provide a warranty packet including engineer's report and plumbing inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan and Todd, brothers and owners of Lift It are real estate investors, and have extensive knowledge about foundation repairs. Todd previously owned a home inspection company and has a degree in construction engineering. Our foundation repair crew has been working in the field for over 12 years.
