- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing will be in the form of a flat-rate. Depending on the details of your event, the rate will go up or down. If your venue requires an insurance policy, we will research a quote for your insurance and then add our rate to that. All of it will be included. If insurance is required, the balance for the insurance will be due 30 days prior to your event. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain all of our current certifications and are constantly researching new and upcoming bartending and wedding/event trends so that we can make educated suggestions to our customers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research. Make sure that the person you are hiring has all the credentials they say they do. It is perfectly acceptable to ask for a copy of their certifications, resume, etc.
