Element Home Restoration is a full-service roofing and exterior restoration company serving the DFW area. Our roots go back to a roofing operation that began in 1987, working alongside some of the region’s largest roofing contractors. In 2016, Kelly Land took over the operation and renamed it Element Home Restoration. Many of the same experienced installers and crews continue working with Element today. We provide honest roof inspections, repairs, replacements, storm restoration and exterior work without high-pressure sales or unnecessary upgrades. Our focus is simple: clear answers, careful work and quality that protects your home. Ready for an honest assessment? Request an estimate below.

The team at Element Home Restoration inspected my roof without any service charges and suggested a plan to fix. They were able to get the quality work done on the same day. I'll hire them again.

I hired Kelly for a detailed, specialized roof inspection of my new construction home, as I wanted a comprehensive review that went beyond a general inspection or drone survey. He physically inspected every component—shingles, vents, sealants, outlets, and gutter installation—to ensure no pre-existing defects would fall under my warranty after closing.
Kelly did an excellent job, finding numerous observation. His detailed report, which included clear photos and explanations for each issue and its potential fix, was incredibly helpful. It allowed us to successfully address all the problems with the builder before the final walkthrough.
