I hired Kelly for a detailed, specialized roof inspection of my new construction home, as I wanted a comprehensive review that went beyond a general inspection or drone survey. He physically inspected every component—shingles, vents, sealants, outlets, and gutter installation—to ensure no pre-existing defects would fall under my warranty after closing.
Kelly did an excellent job, finding numerous observation. His detailed report, which included clear photos and explanations for each issue and its potential fix, was incredibly helpful. It allowed us to successfully address all the problems with the builder before the final walkthrough.
