Introduction
I am Heidi Mueller a former college athlete from Germany. I play competitive soccer since 10 years, coach children (age 5-16) and provide personal training. During my journey as an athlete I won 2 National Championships, 2 Conference Championships and received All-American Rewards. I worked in in multiple gyms before, including Cross Fit gyms, or conventional gyms. I was able to gain a lot of practical experience working with athletes while studying strength and conditioning. I am holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology and multiple coaching licenses.
