Repair man misdiagnosed my problem. He said I did not have a sprinkler system problem but I did. At his recommendation, I hired a plumber at an exorbinate rate and the plumber found and fixed the sprinkler system leak. I spent another $375 for the diagnosis of the problem and then paid $200 per hour for repair. I was out over $700 for a project that should have been a couple of hundred. This guy was telling me how many thousands of dollars my repair was going to be because a plumber was going to have to rip up my floor, jack hammer my cement foundation and replace a broken pipe under my home. It was a broken sprinkler line in the front yard. Somebody should be fired. You can't run a business like that. Still unbelievable to me that i was subjected to such ignorance. His ignorance cost me lots of money. The $700+ dollars I spent was just on the plumber. That does not include the service call for the irrigation company which was $75. Finally, they wanted to charge me $100 to locate a valve for a zone that was not working. It would not have taken but a few minutes to find the valve. It's highway robbery.
