- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing but we are a small company. We often offer discounts on our services and products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we go over all the aspects of the job and pricing. Then we discuss what is being done and where exactly the customer wants everything. On TV mounts, we always go over the height of the mount, some companies just put it where they think it should go. We realize everyone is unique and we want your input, it's your home. We are very accurate, within 1/2" in most cases for the height. Once we complete the work as discussed, we clean up after ourselves. It drives me crazy when other services do not do this. We respect your home and will clean up any mess we create before leaving. It's the little things that make the biggest difference. We are upfront and very detailed, easy going people. There won't be any surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Travis and Evan both have Bachelors Degrees from Tarleton State University. Travis' degree is in Engineering technology. We both have over 10 years of experience in home theater installation services.
