- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am currently employed through Ultra Body Fitness and we have plans starting at $78 a month. We work with the clients budget and schedule so if they really want to succeed we have a plan that fits them well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Ultra Body Fitness we have a system in place where the fitness director or assistant fitness director make the initial meet up and plan set up then once the client decides what is the best plan for them. The trainer sets up their first session where body stats are measured and initial goals are set. From then on I, the trainer, and the client create a close relationship so that all fitness goals can be met in the time that best suits the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always i am a big believer in self growth. I am actually studying to receive my certification for yoga, i love yoga it keeps me flexible and agile for my big movements in weightlifting.
