- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer senior, veteran, and active military discounts. I occasionally run specials on my virus and malware clean out and optimization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to get as much information about when the issues started and how they started. I offer to pick up locally or meet somewhere in between for surrounding towns. I give a pick-up receipt showing when I picked up the computer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience working as a computer technician. I studied computer science at UTPB and have been previously certified A+, and by some Manufacturers.
