- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My bids are based on the effort and time that it will take to achieve a perfect job. A shower, fireplace, backsplash and/or small tile job is bid at a flat price as it might be a more detailed and time consuming than a big tile floor where price is given by the square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to visualize every job request I get so I can give a fair quote through Thumbtack. I understand that sometimes is hard for people provide details, so I try to work out through messages or make an onsite estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always thought that great things will be done as long as you have the experience and passion for what you do for a living.. Im a perfectionist when it comes to my job and always try to do my best as if it was for my own.
