We worked with Scott on our house renovation late 2024 to early 2025, so I’m super late writing this!
Our home was built in 1978 and had a lot of work that needed to be done, but they made our vision a reality!
Scott would spend time reviewing and educating us on aspects of the project and why something would or would not work.
We ran into a large and unexpected plumbing issue that he explained to us, empathized with the unexpected costs, and even offered to change aspects what we planned to do so we could cover those costs without too much strain.
Due to the unexpected weather, plumbing issues, etc, we had some delays in schedule. Overall, I felt like we were kept aware of the project and its status, so we could properly account for the delays.
Regarding costs, it’s always a concern that a contractor will come back and start pricing things up. Scott didn’t do that and we appreciated the transparency.

We renovated our entire home. We had 4 contractors and the best and most honest one is Top Notch. They didn't up-charge us one bit. They said it will cost $ and that was the cost. By far top notch was the best contractors I have dealt with. When I had a problem with something they immediately responded. To me honesty and communication made it the best experience I had with any contractors.

Our project estimates/budgets are detailed so that the homeowner can see where their project investment dollars are being spent. We like home owners to know where their money is going and why. Our Estimates are neither High or Low, They’re ACCURATE. 😎
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our team started out doing small handyman type projects. In 2012, we were hired by Fannie Mae to manage over 50 remodel projects throughout Houston. Since then, we have bought and managed our own property flips and remodeled over 25 homes after Hurricane Harvey. We've done everything from disaster-relief restoration to full scale luxury remodels.
