- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give you upfront pricing before any work is done. We also give bundle discounts when we do more than one thing at a time at your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an appointment is booked, you will get a phone call from one of our Service Managers that will gather more information and then get a technician headed to your home. That Service Manager will serve as your main point of contact and will be there to walk you through the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do daily trainings with our whole team. From customer service training to technical plumbing training, our technicians are regularly trained.
