We booked with Veterans & couldn’t be happier with the knowledge and options they provided to fix our garagedoor. While they were here we added some maintenance of the springs to the primary fix we called them for. TJ did an excellent job, we won’t hesitate to use them again.

I had a broken tension spring replaced. The firm replied promptly, came the next day, and did good work for a fair price. The technician arrived in a company vehicle and was uniformed, clean, polite, professional, and capable. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Called about my garagedoor and got someone out the same day, which I appreciated. The tech figured out pretty quickly that the breaker had simply been switched off — he told me straight instead of inventing a repair, and I have a lot of respect for that. He also made sure the unit was running smoothly and oiled the rails before he left. The one issue: I asked him to reprogram the opener and clear all the existing codes. That didn’t take — my old remote still opens the door. I called the office to let them know and never had anyone come back out to finish the job. If they’d followed up, this would be an easy five stars. Solid, honest techs; the follow-through on the back end needs work.
