- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are free. I do have a minimum charge of $125 if any work is done. Minimum charge can be waived under certain circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like in-person quotes for new clients so that they can get a feel for me and so that I can provide accurate quotes.
