- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every painting project is unique. The reason for this is that some customers will only want their walls painted in the same color they already have, other customers will select a different color for their walls requiring two coats. Then other customers will want doors, trim and ceilings also painted. The preparation required for each project can be very different from filling all the holes in the walls to removing wallpaper to moving and covering furniture. It is for this reason that each customer receives a personal quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to your home or business to assess your painting needs. We then provide you with a free, no obligation written estimate. Should you decide to hire us we can schedule a free color consultation, if necessary. We then consult with you to determine a date and time to complete your project. The morning of your project we will come out, introduce you to our excellent painters and review the scope of work and then the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CertaPro Painters is a nationwide company that provides extensive training both residentially and commercially to all the owners, sales associates and other members of the team. We practice continual improvement by attending the annual CertaPro Painters conference and other skilled development sessions. Locally we attend educational classes in conjunction with our partners at Sherwin Williams, Pittsburgh Paints (PPG), and Benjamin Moore.
