With over 12 years of teaching experience, I’ve learned that the most successful music lessons are completely centered on you. Whether you’re interested in piano, music theory, or songwriting, we’ll set clear goals together and design each session around your needs and interests.
I create a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where questions are welcome and creativity is encouraged. As a solo instructor, you’ll always work directly with me, so your lessons stay consistent, personal, and focused.
If you’re ready to grow your skills and enjoy the process, I’d love to help you take the next step in your musical journey.

Marcus is a kind, patient and fun piano teacher to my daughter. He incorporates music that the student is interested in and is always professional and communicative.
He provides a lesson summary and does a great job of explaining what was worked on or accomplished. We are very happy, and my daughter is excited for her lessons each week!

Marcus is an extraordinary music teacher! He’s been very patient with my 6 year old granddaughter. His expertise and experience in how to teach piano is amazing, and I really like the way he communicates with my granddaughter.
He is very thorough when introducing new songs, making practice at home a lot less work and frustrating for my granddaughter. My daughter especially likes when Marcus plays duet with her on current lessons.
He is extremely professional and responsive yet warm in his communication style. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who has always wanted to learn piano!
Details: 6 - 9 years old • No, the student cannot read music • No formal training • What the teacher recommends • Yes, the student has a piano • 45 minutes • At the pro’s location

Marcus is doing a great job teaching my son to play the piano. He is very professional and shows up on time for each lesson and most of all my son is beginning to play great music and enjoys the piano!!

My son has been taking piano lessons with Marcus for 3 years and absolutely loves it. I’m thrilled with his progress and Marcus continues to keep him engaged and motivated (which says a lot!). I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!
