Ced Thomas is a fantastic real estate agent and made the home buying experience a breeze for my husband and me. We appreciated his patience and expertise when answering all of our questions. I know he went to bat for us when negotiating the offer on our home, as he saved us a lot of money on the closing. If/when we have to do this home buying process again, its nice to know we have Ced to call on. Highly recommend his services. 5/5 stars!

Ced is amazing all around. As a first time home buyer I came in not knowing what to expect. Ive heard many stories from other people who brought their homes and it took them months or even a year due to them losing out. Ced made things possible when I thought they were impossible. In a matter of two days I found the house that I wanted that had many viewers and multiple offers. I told Ced that this is the house my wife and I both want. After a stint of negotiating, our offer was accepted. We are now in our dream home and it still feels surreal that we were able to get exactly what we wanted the very first time in a very short time. Ced went above and beyond for us to receive all the additional credits we could get to save time and money. During a time where Covid-19 has become a pandemic all around us, we were still able to complete the entire process in just 1 month. I cant thank him enough for his time and dedication!!! Our dream is now reality! A definite recommendation!

Ced Thomas is the best!! He helped us find the perfect home for us and our puppy, it even has a little doggy door for her. We couldn't be happier with everything. I was initially intimidated about the entire home buying process because of all the horror stories I had heard. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the wealth of knowledge Ced brought to the table. He made one of the largest purchases in my life painless and stress free. He held my hand through every phase of the process. Ced remained professional and immensely patient as I sent him all over Houston to look for the perfect home for me. When it came time to negotiate Ced handled everything behind the scenes and before I could even ask, he had already taken care of it. He proved repeatedly that he had my best interest in mind. At times, he served as a therapist and financial advisor! It was truly a blessing to have someone as passionate as Ced Thomas as my realtor.
