Ced Thomas is a fantastic real estate agent and made the home buying experience a breeze for my husband and me. We appreciated his patience and expertise when answering all of our questions. I know he went to bat for us when negotiating the offer on our home, as he saved us a lot of money on the closing. If/when we have to do this home buying process again, its nice to know we have Ced to call on. Highly recommend his services. 5/5 stars!

I am quite critical, and remember when I first met Ced and checked him out on Yelp, I believed the reviews but assumed the reviewers were probably easy to please. Fast forward to 4 months later working with Ced, I am blown away. Ced Thomas is hands-down the best realtor I've ever met. He is excellent in all aspects of our business relationship - very professional, extremely responsive (literarilly available round the clock), knowlegable, reliable, very patient and always works in his client's best interest. His business acumen and work-ethic cannot really be described unless you have a direct experience with him.I am truly pleased with his services and beyond impressed.Thank you Ced.

Ced Thomas is the best in the business! My husband and I were first time home buyers and this process was very overwhelming for us (especially in the middle of COVID 19 Pandemic). But Ced defintely helped us along the way. We looked at so many properties trying to find the perfect fit, and Ced was very patient with us through this. He has great communication skills and fast response times. I would highly recommend choosing Ced if you are in the process of purchasing a home, or any property for that matter. Thanks Ced!

Ced Thomas is the best!! He helped us find the perfect home for us and our puppy, it even has a little doggy door for her. We couldn't be happier with everything. Every time I had a question or 3n issue came up, Ced took the time to answer everything and give us the correct information. We will and do recommend Ced Thomas to anyone who is looking for a home.
