- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fees that are reasonable, within the client's budget range and in proportion to the work involved. Sensitive to small business expenses, and very much aware of the same, we keep our prices reasonably low.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
--Phone, Email, --Meet in person or online via video-conferencing tools --Agree, ask, explain and discuss: Gather requirements, make recommendations, advise client, provide estimates, make project plan --Work remotely, maintain accountability, status updates, reports, --Visit client if required and possible -- Offload client of the services we provide so as to involve client at the correct levels, maintain transparency, but not pull them into details
