They were hired to install a pool chiller. Although they expressed expertise with chilllers, I don’t think that was case. Equipment was purchased correctly but many issues with valves and setup. The electrical work was not done per mfg installation and resulted in chiller shorting out. I only knew this cause I had the reps come out. While they did try upgrade the wire , the system required a breaker which was clear in the install. I had to call another company to fix the issue. They promised to refund my electrical costs but have not done that. I would be careful if you select them for work.
