Express CommercialCleaning has been working for us for two years. Maria and her crew do a great job every week. Also, they are respectful of the items and papers on our desks and we never worry about anything being misplaced or missing. The kitchen and bathrooms are always sparkling. It is a great feeling to walk in the morning after they have been here knowing we can just get to work and not worry about the maintenance. Simply amazing. ECC did the initial seal and wax on our floors several years ago and did a great job. Admittedly, we did not maintain the floors (VCT) properly. I thought we permanently damaged the floors because we did not use chair mats. We had huge black spots under the desks. They used a premium finish the first time so on the recent strip and wax job ALL the spots came up. The floors look remarkable!!!Additionally, the crew was pleasant and the price was reasonable.Thank you Evelyn and Dan..
