Brooks was absolutely amazing. My son’s desktop he got for Christmas stopped coming on days after getting it, and Brooks saved the day spending his time being thorough and figuring out the problem and solution to fix it. The desktop is back up and running now thanks to him. He was polite and helpful the entire time.
