- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to bid my jobs on how long I think it would take me to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They give me a call or text with details of their issue. I give them a quote over the phone and we discuss a date and time to come out. Depending on the size of the job I do ask for a deposit if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing manual work my whole life.
