I have been training w/ Tanner for a few months, I've lost inches, weight, my skills have vastly improved. I am also more confident and feel like I know my way around the gym more. He is on point, lots of good technical skills, since behind everything, but he also has great "soft skills" personable, caring, flexible and genuine. All around a super trainer. It's been an honor and privilege to work with him.

Having Tanner as a personal coach has been a Godsend. I played all kinds of sports growing up and was in the military so I'm not new to physical training. However now I'm 40 yrs old and am in the best shape of my life. The great thing about working with Tanner is that he takes all the guess work out of the equation. He personalizes your training cycle to fit your needs/goals and to improve on any weaknesses you might have. All you have to do is show up and put the effort in and the results take care of themselves. Give it a shot and I promise if you put the effort in you will see amazing results.
