FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge based on projects. The quote I provide is also the final quote for the project unless additional work is needed. The scope of work can be either labor and parts or labor only. I can work with customers on random projects and can be hired on an hourly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually reach out to a new customer via text messages to introduce myself and get a better understanding of his/her work. I can give guidance on what he/she should purchase for the project and answer all the questions he/she has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before being a free-lance handyman, I used to work with a small remodeling group. I graduated from an electrical course in the IBT trade school, CA. Then I worked for a low-voltage company while providing handyman service on Amazon.
