- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest, upfront pricing which typically includes all services, materials and tax required to complete the project. Since there are lot of details involved in any flooring project, we customize each project as per our customer's individual preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the details of the project over the phone, then arrange for a free in-home design consultation, where we bring our mobile flooring showroom loaded with more than 3000 samples. We will measure the required space and provide pricing with a detailed proposal on the spot.
