Brandon helped me when I was going through rough health issues, I understood my condition and came up with a solid exercise plan catering to my injury from time to time he provided alternative form of strengthening exercises which works for me I would highly recommend him no matter if your goals are to improve strength or to lose weight

Brandon was my physical therapist and honestly changed my life by working with me to get to the source of chronic pain. I got stronger than I've ever been because he helped me get solid on basic motions and understand my body mechanics. I recently started working with him as a coach, after I had a baby. He is a true wealth of knowledge on plant based eating (and very practical). The workouts he's given me have been really helpful, and he is happy to make changes or suggest modifications if something doesn't work for me, my schedule, or my body.

I would select all five items if I could. Through personal/physical observation and my describing of my status/condition, Brandon's education, training, skills, and experience has delivered improvements in my body health, my conditions, my physical shape, self confidence, mental health, and teaching me how I can provide my own therapy via self-care techniques & exercises. I feel I have prolonged my life, pushed out/delayed my chronic conditions, and increased my muscle & organ strength heighten my ability to cope with adverse conditions. And this over a period of several years.

I was suffering with lower back disc bulge, sciatica and leg pain a year ago. Many doctors have told me not to lift weights ever again. I contacted Brandon to get personal training to be able to get back in shape and gain strength. He has a personalized approach to each problem and his guidance throughout the course was instrumental in my successful rehabilitation journey. His commitment to my well-being was evident from the start. He not only crafted a specialized strength training program but also ensured it addressed the specific challenges posed by my weak lower back. He made sure that each session is not just about exercise but a comprehensive approach to my recovery. I can’t express my gratitude enough!
