- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable based on frequency. We base our prices on bed, and bathroom count. Oven, and fridge cleaning may cause upcharge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be asked for personal contact information, this way we can send out reminders for upcoming cleaning visits. The maid we send out the first time will be your reoccurring cleaner, unless asked otherwise. Initial price may decrease if customer hires us for regular visits depending on occurrence. We will send out one of our supervisors if needed before making any other decisions upon hire.
