- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair. Believe in Doing a good job at a fair price. I'm not here to take advantage and will likely save you money in the long run
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been certified to repair both PC and Apple computers. I've also been trained to repair a number of TV and Printer brands. I've contracted with government agencies as well as Manufacturers throughout the years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started with Electronics training from the Navy. then I attended school to become an Electronic Engineer. During school, I started troubleshooting computers and networks. and it's been a journey ever since! using both throughout my career.
