Friendly Joe definitely is friendly, but he also knows his stuff. He fixed the paper jam that had us ready to send our printer to the landfill. Now it's humming just like new. His price was also very reasonable.Sep 29, 2015Verified

Thanks For the great review Maria and again, thanks for the patience.
I asked Joe to get my AirPrint printer connected to my existing router and network. After an hour or more, he was unable to get it working. I had bought a new router, and so he installed it. Then he got the AirPrint printer working but my laptop couldn't connect via wireless.....had to be hard wire connected to the network to get internet access. Joe was here almost 2 hours for an incomplete fix. Joe seemed unsure of what to do to fix the problem. Not pleased with the outcome here.Dec 26, 2014VerifiedAlfred H.'s reply
Mr jack I truly apologize if I was mistaken about our exchange and I thank you for your business. But,I am very disappointed from such a low review. Both AT&T and geek squad failed to configure this network prior to my arrival. Geek Squad charged far more than I did. I wish these concerns had been addressed while I was onsite. I had no Idea. We ended with a good chat at the table and I was even paid more than I was asking. I truly felt we had good rapport. But I apologize if that wasn't the case. As far as the laptop, you advised me not to worry about it because it never gets moved anyway.
Joe is super friendly as what his profile name said. He knows about computers a lot. Although he has been through hard times right after he accepted the job request, he still fixed my laptop very well. We understood each other well. I do appreciate this kind of cooperation. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been certified to repair both PC and Apple computers. I've also been trained to repair a number of TV and Printer brands. I've contracted with government agencies as well as Manufacturers throughout the years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started with Electronics training from the Navy. then I attended school to become an Electronic Engineer. During school, I started troubleshooting computers and networks. and it's been a journey ever since! using both throughout my career.
