This company respnded quickly, was flexible, and affordable. Same day appointment. He offered to give me an onsite quote and i felt that was a more honest approach versus some of the other companies that was giving me a quote without looking at what i really needed. I would book him again!

I dont think Ive ever had an experience as easy, quick, and amazing as this one! I had a mountain of leftover construction debris sitting in my driveway after a recent project including a bunch of flooring scraps, wood pallets, and lots of extremely heavy trash bags packed with tiles. I was honestly dreading dealing with it. Tyler from True Tex Haul & Junk made the whole thing so easy.He was quick to respond to my messages and incredibly flexible with my schedule, which meant a lot given how hectic things have been. He showed up, got straight to work and had the vast majority of the pile cleared in a little over 30 minutes, tile bags and all. A couple of tithe items didnt fit on the truck that first trip, but he came back the next day to pick those up without any hassle or hesitation.Im just really grateful. Thank you, Tyler and True Tex Haul & Junk, for taking a stressful part of this project off my plate. Ill definitely be calling again for any future cleanouts and would recommend them without a doubt!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based mainly on volume — how much space your junk takes up in the truck. I give an initial range from your description and photos, then confirm the final price with you before any work begins. You approve it before I start. No hidden fees, ever.
The price is all-inclusive: labor, hauling, gas, and disposal/recycling fees.
One tip: most folks underestimate how much they have. When in doubt, send photos — that's the fastest way for me to size it up accurately for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep it simple and clear from start to finish:
1. Reach out — I review your project details and respond fast (usually within minutes) with an initial estimate and any clarifying questions.
2. For bigger projects, I'll schedule a quick call or on-site visit to confirm the scope and give you a firm quote.
3. We lock in a time that works for you — same-day and next-day are often available.
4. I show up on time, do all the lifting and loading, and keep you in the loop while I work.
5. We do a final walkthrough together, and payment is due only after you confirm the work meets your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has come from doing the work — 200+ completed hauling and cleanout projects over the past 2 years. Along the way I've gotten good at safe lifting technique, efficient truck loading, protecting floors and door frames while moving items out, and knowing exactly where things should go afterward: what can be donated, what gets recycled, and what has to be properly disposed of in the Austin area.
