- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's important to remember when requesting an estimate, our services are typically based on square footage of the over all lot. If your property has an above average number of landscapes, or large trees, these factors could increase the over all cost of certain jobs. Typical jobs affected by these factors include, - Once a month routine grass service - Spring / Fall leaf clean ups
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive on meeting our customers requested schedule. We typically go through the following steps/questions during our initial conversation: - When would you ideally like your requested lawn services to start? - Are you seeking a one time service, or a recurring service? - We inform customers we provide online invoicing, and allow them to pay with credit/debit card, or check at time of service - We go over any lot specific items such as, landscape, or above average number of tree's - We discuss our process for completing the request services - Finally we finalize a date, and complete scheduling. - We collect the following information for invoicing, and scheduling purposes. - Name -Address -Email -Phone Number
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have served the mortgage field services, and large bank institutions for over 10 years. We are experienced in managing our clients outdoor assets.
