The best that i can say for this company is that they are quick to respond to inquiries for quotes. After that, all bets are off. I paid for a full house clean / make ready for a vacant home (owners just moved out). As far as a complete house clean...what I got was carpets vacuumed. That's It! The wood floors still had all sorts of dirt & debris on them and several marks / stains that are clearly visible. The countertops still had crumbs and dirt & debris on them. The kitchen sink still had soap scum and water stains and dirt & debris all throughout. The appliances (particularly the range) were dirty. The front door still had dirt, debris and cob webs on it. I lived in a fraternity in college and I think we cleaned our house better than this service did. Definitely NOT the cleaning job agreed to or advertised. I complained via email and sent pictures about the poor service. Amazingly, it took 4 days to respond to the complaint after the 'service' (note that the quote came in within a few hours of request. Hmmm). Once she did respond, she offered only excuses and the only remedy offered was 2 hours of additional cleaning. I reluctantly agreed to accept that; but after 3 no call / no shows (with emails only afterward giving excuses of weather delays, scheduling mistakes and worker no-shows), I was done. The good: Is quick with the quote. Is on the less expensive side. The bad: Horrible cleaning service. Schedules don't mean anything (no call / no show is common, starting late without notice is common). Always an excuse, never a solution. Net, net...I would NOT recommend using this company.

I used several different services over the years and was not to pleased. They were more concerned with quantity not quality.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We started just offering housekeeping services. We then moved into the Move In/Out services and its safe to say that we do a bit more Move In/Out cleans than anything else.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references and make sure to contact them. Several people ask just for the sake of asking. A minimum of 3 should be provided
