Policy To secure your event date and time, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note: * All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. * Your appointment date is reserved exclusively for you once the deposit is received. * Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, event, or future date. * In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. * If a reschedule request is made, accommodations may be considered at the artist’s discretion and subject to availability. The original deposit may not be applied to the new date. * The remaining balance is due on or before the event date as outlined in your service agreement. By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Retainer & Payment Terms: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. Your date and time are not reserved until the retainer has been received. The remaining 50% balance is due on or before the event date (unless otherwise agreed in writing). The retainer is applied toward the total service cost and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
