- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $115/hr for labor, with a two-hour minimum. After the first two hours, billing is calculated down to the exact minute. We also charge a $100 service fee for the truck, which includes gas, mileage, and NO hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we tend to try to be as upfront as possible with what the customer will encounter throughout their move. We prioritize making the moving process as stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In regards to education, Cameron studied Business and English at St. John's University and Texas State University, making him very well versed in going about the smoothest transactional process, while being aware of how to provide what most individuals need at the right time. Both Abdi and Cameron has had experience working for multiple professional moving companies, which propelled them to the top of their game in the moving industry.
