Introduction: I have been creating wedding cakes since 2004. I started making cakes after I spent a large sum of money on my own wedding cake, and it wasn't what I ordered. I thought that I would never want that to happen to another bride. I make custom cakes from scratch with some of the finest ingredients. I consider myself a boutique bakery because I only do one cake a week. I want to make sure my client has my undivided attention, and they can guarantee that I will put my heart into their cake.

    Look for how much time they have to spend with you. Most decorators are doing more than one cake a weekend. I only do one a week.
