- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the client to see their vision for the meal and what they’re actual budget is they are willing to spend. Based on that I love creating custom menus that work well in the budget and the event host is proud to serve to their guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The French Culinary Institute-New York City. May 5th – 6th. 12 hours of intensive training in Magic Potions: Hydrocolloids. Certificate of completion.
