The food was delicious and fresh! I can say that my husband isn’t fond of vegan meals or prepackaged but he absolutely enjoyed the fresh food made by Julio. very professional and his foods deliver a mouth full of Peruvian flavors.

Best ready meals I have ever tasted. I have tried a lot of those meal plans that say they are prepared by chiefs and the food is always bland and unsatisfactory. Julio’s meals are the best I have ever tasted and packed with soo much flavor!!!. I am addicted. I haven’t had meals this good from some of the 5 star restaurants I go to. He truly has a gift.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the client to see their vision for the meal and what they’re actual budget is they are willing to spend. Based on that I love creating custom menus that work well in the budget and the event host is proud to serve to their guests.

The French Culinary Institute-New York City. May 5th – 6th. 12 hours of intensive training in Magic Potions: Hydrocolloids. Certificate of completion. Instructors: David Arnold, Chef Nils Noren Texas Culinary Academy, 11400 Burnet Rd, Ste. 2100, Austin, TX 78758.
