Joe and his team were on time and very professional. They did a great job cleaning my pool and they chemically balanced it. They gave me free/great tips on how to manage my pool and found out that my filter was old and need to be replaced which the 2 pervious pool companies didn't see. I would high recommend Kuva's Pool Care. It is hard to find smart and professional pool care in Austin and these guys do a great job.

Joe did a great job on a tight schedule. I asked him to come get our poolclean, and mentioned that our pump was leaking. Not only did he do a great job with the cleaning, but he got the pump fixed up and holding water again — what a relief! He was responsive, on-time, priced fairly and did what he promised. I will always quote my customers fairly and honestly. I will try to get the best deals for my clients and educate them on the maintenance of their pools
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I connect with my clients and gather any details I can. If it is straightforward pictures and a description I can most times quote and accomplish the project quickly. For more complex issues I do on-site estimates. After that point I send estimates and we can get started.
