Frank and his team did an amazing job for us. We had backslash in our kitchen and tile in our kitchen, powder bath, guest bath, surround shower, fireplace, pantry, and utility room done. They were so friendly and courteous. Frank was SO patient with me and my million questions. He also gave advice when I wasn't sure but was never pushy. Would HIGHLY recommend Frank and his team!

If we could have chosen all 5 choices above, including Punctuality and Value, we would have. Frank and his team did everything he said he would do and more. They arrived on time, cleaned up afterwards each day, and left us with a very beautiful kitchen backsplash, center island tile surround and office polished porcelain floor tile installation. Frank even provided ideas on designing the backsplash, especially behind the cooktop and under the island. My wife loves her new office floor. We would highly recommend Frank and his crew for any flooring or tile job you may have. Have already recommended Frank to my office staff and we plan to use him again for a bathroom tile remodel. Highly recommended!!!

I interviewed 4 corps for my project. In essence I desired to replace all the tile in my place, ie 2 baths; kitchen backsplash, and 3 other floors in their entirety. I desired to manage the entire project myself doing things I could do and contracting the rest. That disqualified over priced contractors that bid 4 times as much as Frank, Additionally, I desired to tile over existing tile in the baths and the kitchen, both to save $ and the associated mess. There are excellent products on the market to accomplish this that are easy to apply and incredibly inexpensive thereby saving thousands. None of the contractors I interviewed wanted any part of that. Why? Simply because it cut into their profit margin, i found Frank through Thumbtack and was immediately drawn to him. It is simple. He does not try to send his kids to college on every job. He desires to keep his team working steadily. He had zero issue with my desire to tile over existing tiles. He gave me a bid, began the job and he and his crew went at it. 5 straight days of excellent workmanship later I couldnt be more pleased. He was extremely easy to work with, offered excellent solutoins to issues as they arrived, even went and picked up some needed tile for us. The crew consisted of the "boys" lol, affectionetly, 4 Mexican guys who are each truly artists with a trowel and tile cutter. The majority of my tile was hex of various sizes and it came out perfecto. In summary I dont believe you will find a better value in tile work in this town. Simply an excellent experience....

Amazing experience. Frank and his team installed wood floors in our home and they did a fantastic job. Frank is very honest and approachable person. Since it was our first experience with installing wood floors, he cleared all our questions and discussed every minor details with us. He completely reinstalled the waterproof floors in our bathroom when we observed some unevenness. Highly recommend and would use their service to do the stairs in future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client is scheduling a meet and greet. While on this meet and greet, we get the opportunity to listen to what the client needs. We will gather measurements, material information and answer any questions that you may have. Afterwards, an estimate will be emailed and then the transformation begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training is from on the job training and from 15 years at a flooring company. I’ve learned quite a bit from my experiences and I’ll continue to learn as much as I can. I am always open to new installation methods or feedback from peers or clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a flooring installer and I used to tag along in the summer time when I was a teenager. As I grew older, I realized hard labor was not for me 😏 but I had the opportunity to work for a flooring company that taught me how to build relationships and manage the daily operations of a flooring company.
