So I met the owner Gerald at Starbucks one day while in Round Rock, and he was working on some plans for an upcoming project of his. He was friendly and what he was designing was so beautiful I stopped and asked what he did.
He was such a nice person and a great person from the start. I had him come out and look at my living room to design a built-in feature wall entertainment unit and… let me tell you… this guy and his team came into my home, protected my floors immediately, the entire service was set to be completed within a week and he and his team got it done in 3 days time. It was a clean site inside and they did all the fabrication outside. Couldn’t believe how it much they got done in one day.
Now I’m in awe of the installation they did in my living room. My wife and I cannot stop looking at it. I just sit in there at times and just can’t believe how good it looks.
I loved the way they work also. So, they operate like a store so you can buy everything through them. They do charge for all the materials upfront though. Unlike traditional contractors, they operate like a storefront and then they have a calendar retainer they take that upfront also.
At first I was a little leary about that because the “deposit” or should I say payment required was more than 50% of the job, but I trusted him once we got done and felt like I understood why it was structured that way. Our materials were the cost that took the down payment beyond the 50% mark. He is very good at explaining how the payments work. I just had to trust the process.
He had all the products ordered and they started delivering the on-site stuff (fireplace, and TV) directly to our home and brought it inside. They started once all our items were in and bam. Take a look at this job! I love it! It’s simply amazing. I don’t think pictures do it justice at all.
