As the founder, I've focused on the trade to continuously keep upgrading my skills and knowledge about both exclusion repair and trapping. This and my background in hospitality lets our business provide excellent customer focused service that allows the client to direct how far our services will extend. The constant puzzles. No two houses are the same and need to be thoroughly investigated and studied to find all the areas needing to be sealed to stop the flow of animals. From our experience, we can see and predict areas that are very commonly missed by others. Trapping is also a challenging trade that combines instinct and detailed observation. One has to understand animal behavior and biology for trapping in order to gain the highest probability of capture.

We were invaded by a squirrel squadron. We could hear them frolicking in the soffit as they made plans to take over the world. Little did they know that we had a secret weapon. A Wildlife Pro DFW. A Wildlife Pro came, assessed the situation and put a plan in place to ferret out the squirrely squirrels and barricade against further intrusion. A Wildlife Pro kept frequent communication with the command post and home base. When the squirrels proved to have a member of their army that was lacking in intelligence and another that had an abundance of determination, A Wildlife Pro made a special trip to adjust the strategy to ensure success. They showed up on short notice armed and ready to reinforce the castle. Once the critters were evacuated, A Wildlife Pro showed up again to repair the damage left behind by the rodent army. We are now relaxing in our abode, comforted by the knowledge that the infiltration has been thwarted. I would definitely recommend A Wildlife Pro DFW should you also be infiltrated by a rodent army.

These guys are true experts. During their inspection, Carl quickly found the problem, put a plan together and his price was quite fair, he also seemed very trustworthy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very straightforward, and the estimates are customized per the property and the clients' needs. We must inspect the house in order to be able to provide a quote because each house is a different situation. We do not charge by square foot like others might. We only charge for areas that are actually animal damaged and need work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take advantage of every opportunity to continue education in our field. We regularly attend seminars, conferences, and classes from government agencies, wildlife rehabilitators, colleagues, and anyone else who can further educate us on our trade.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a unique opportunity to train in this with a very good provider. Since the start, I've been dedicated to making this business work and grow, having the vision that we should treat our clients how we'd want someone to treat us if they are coming to our house to get something done. This career is genuinely a perfect blend of helping people and animals.
