Most owners focus just on the business end while their crew handles the actual jobs. As the founder, I've focused on the trade to continuously keep upgrading my skills and knowledge about both exclusion repair and trapping. This and my background in hospitality lets our business provide excellent customer focused service that allows the client to direct how far our services will extend.
The constant puzzles. No two houses are the same and need to be thoroughly investigated and studied to find all the areas needing to be sealed to stop the flow of animals. From our experience, we can see and predict areas that are very commonly missed by others. Trapping is also a challenging trade that combines instinct and detailed observation. One has to understand animal behavior and biology for trapping in order to gain the highest probability of capture.

There's no better animal "whisperer" in dallas than Matt at A Wildlife Pro DFW! He runs an amazing business, is honest, upfront, does great diagnostics first, and professionally provides you a quote and options. He's always on time, listens, and then does the most thorough job to get your job done, even comes back to check if he feels he needs to! He truly cares and even works Saturdays to help.
And on top of it, he can do the exact construction repairs needed for your job to prevent the same critter again including paint, wire, new metal flashing, shingles, what ever you need to prevent it from happening again.
I wanted both, the critters gone, and the repairs done from someone who understood what we were trying to do! He's the Best Around!

These guys are true experts. During their inspection, Carl quickly found the problem, put a plan together and his price was quite fair, he also seemed very trustworthy. I got cheaper quotes but Carl's experience was obvious and I wanted the job done right. His repairs were high quality and blended in beautifully and my animals are gone. Thank you A Wildlife Pro!

Some kind of animal was under the house and we really want it out but did not know how. Wildlife pro returned my call right away and was scheduled with in a hour. Next few days traps was set and animals was removed. I'm glad that I was not the one that has to remove the skunk. Excellent job !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very straightforward, and the estimates are customized per the property and the clients' needs. We must inspect the house in order to be able to provide a quote because each house is a different situation. We do not charge by square foot like others might. We only charge for areas that are actually animal damaged and need work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take advantage of every opportunity to continue education in our field. We regularly attend seminars, conferences, and classes from government agencies, wildlife rehabilitators, colleagues, and anyone else who can further educate us on our trade.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a unique opportunity to train in this with a very good provider. Since the start, I've been dedicated to making this business work and grow, having the vision that we should treat our clients how we'd want someone to treat us if they are coming to our house to get something done. This career is genuinely a perfect blend of helping people and animals.
