- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very straightforward, and the estimates are customized per the property and the clients' needs. We must inspect the house in order to be able to provide a quote because each house is a different situation. We do not charge by square foot like others might. We only charge for areas that are actually animal damaged and need work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take advantage of every opportunity to continue education in our field. We regularly attend seminars, conferences, and classes from government agencies, wildlife rehabilitators, colleagues, and anyone else who can further educate us on our trade.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a unique opportunity to train in this with a very good provider. Since the start, I've been dedicated to making this business work and grow, having the vision that we should treat our clients how we'd want someone to treat us if they are coming to our house to get something done. This career is genuinely a perfect blend of helping people and animals.
